Our end-to-end capability spans the entire real estate lifecycle: from feasibility studies and site acquisition, through structural engineering and general contracting, to the final flourish of 3D wall art, motorized drapery, and bespoke interior fit-outs. We are based in Lagos, with active sites across Aba, Abuja, Asaba, Owerri, Port Harcourt, Uyo, and strategic co-owned sites across Nigeria. Our clients include private homeowners, real-estate developers, and discerning brands who refuse to compromise on the last 10%.

With over a decade on Nigerian sites, David leads construction, design and finishing across every Temanigold project. From structural sequencing to the millimetre detail of POP, panelling and marble, his eye sets the standard the studio is known for — drawings that build cleanly, and finishes that hold under daylight.

Chidera Ebuta

Chidera runs marketing and operations, engineering the systems that keep delivery predictable. She brings automation and modern workflow tools into project management, client communication and procurement — turning a creative studio into a disciplined, on-time business without losing its craft.

Backed by designers, engineers and artisans.

Behind the founders stands a tight bench of in-house architects and interior designers, structural and MEP engineers, and a master crew of finishers, POP specialists, joiners, marble setters and metal fabricators. Every trade answers to the same drawing set, so the line from concept sketch to final handover never breaks.
